Values stated as adjectives cost nothing. These are written as things that either happened or did not.

The deliverable is a thing you keep

Every service ends in an artefact — a document, a model, a register, a map — that outlives the service and can be read by someone who was not in the room. A recommendation or an action plan is a deliverable when it is written down; a verbal comment in a meeting is not.

Completion is confirmed by you

You sign the certificate of services delivered against the criteria set out in the written scope — your board signs, your own staff walk the procedure without us, or a model produces the expected output. We do not certify our own work as finished.

The boundary is stated next to the promise

Each service says what is excluded from it and who performs that work instead. Not in a footer — beside the offer, because that is where it is read and because a silence about scope is itself a claim.

A number without a source does not go in

Market figures carry a source, a date and how they were obtained. Where two counts disagree, the gap is explained rather than tuned away, because the gap is usually the most useful thing in the document.
